1.1 Personal Data: We collect information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email address, phone number, and geolocation data.
1.2 Business Account Data: For Business Accounts, we collect additional professional information and verified identification to facilitate trust and transparency within the platform.
1.3 Multimedia & Document Data: Users may upload documents (PDF) and images (.JPG, .PNG). These are stored securely and accessible to the involved Business Account only as permitted by our system.
1.4 Technical Data: We collect device-specific information, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and IP addresses to ensure application stability and security.

2. PRIVACY & SECURITY SAFEGUARDS
2.1 Encryption: All personal data and video call streams are protected by industry-standard encryption protocols both in transit and at rest.
2.2 Screen Capture Blocking: To protect the privacy and intellectual property of our Business Accounts and Users, the Application includes technical locks that block screen recording and screen capture functionality during live Calls.
2.3 Temporary Recordings for Safety: While video calls are private, Famously may keep temporary recordings exclusively in the event that a report of misbehavior, harassment, or policy breach is filed. These recordings are used solely for investigation by our Regulatory Team and are permanently deleted once the case is resolved.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Service Fulfillment: To facilitate seamless video communication between Users and Business Accounts.
3.2 Specialized Internal Oversight:
Regulatory Team: To review reports and complaints, ensuring compliance with our community guidelines.
Accounting Team: A specialized team manages all payments, service fees, and Business Account transfers under strictly secured financial protocols.
3.3 Analytics: We use anonymized usage data to improve application performance and user experience.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE
4.1 No-Sale Policy: Famously does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
4.2 Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party partners (such as payment gateways) only to the extent necessary to process transactions. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
4.3 Financial Processing: All payments are handled via secure third-party gateways (e.g., UPayments). Famously does not store full credit card details on its internal servers.

5. DATA RETENTION
5.1 Retention Period: We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.
5.2 Disposal: Once data is no longer required for service or legal compliance, it is anonymized or securely deleted.

6. AGE RESTRICTIONS
6.1 Minimum Age: The Application is not intended for independent use by individuals under the age of 13.
6.2 Minor Usage: Users aged 13 to 17 must use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian with the approval of the Famously Regulatory Team.

7. USER CONTROLS
7.1 Data Access: You may review or update your personal information through the Application’s settings at any time.

7.2 Communications: You may opt out of non-essential notifications, though essential transaction and security alerts will remain active.
